Thomas Palmer, MP FRS (fl. 1700–1735), was a British politician. He was twice the Member of Parliament for Bridgewater. He was the son of Nathaniel Palmer, MP, of Fairfield and Stogursey, Somerset, and his wife, Frances, daughter of Sir William Wyndham. He was educated at New College, Oxford, where he matriculated in 1700 and then entered the Middle Temple in 1702. He was elected MP for Bridgewater, Somerset from 1715 until 1727 and again from 1731 until his death in 1735.
